I’m Krish Zaver, the proud owner of Morph Management, INC.
I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.
When I was in high school, I started an e-commerce business with a few friends selling various electronics and video-game-related items. It gave me my first taste of entrepreneurship.
Straight after graduating from college, I got a job with a direct marketing firm. I instantly fell in love with the vibe and the pace at which I was learning. My enterprising nature soon paid off, as I was rewarded with the keys to my own office in June 2022.
The day I got promoted to management was the turning point in my career as it allowed me to see what it would take to become the best business owner I could be. I was inspired to push the envelope and contribute to the organization’s development.
Over the past twelve months, the business has grown a hundred and fifty percent, and there are now more avenues to get promoted. The exponential growth is primarily thanks to the synergy with Verizon.
Spinning decks to commanding boardrooms
I have a background as a DJ, where I enjoyed controlling crowds through my music. Therefore I find this work similar as I get to organize people in a corporate setting, which boosts productivity. I’m like a thermometer that keeps a check on positivity each day.
Therefore, I live by the principles that I obtained during my “raving” days- Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect. I believe these four values make for a healthy work culture where close relationships can blossom.
My business philosophy is simple. I look for like-minded individuals who are driven and self-motivated to hit big goals. I provide them with all the tools for success and have written a playbook on how to get promoted. However, these tools have no purpose without motivated minds ready to take action every day to get ahead.
The entire journey is a true test of character and ethics, making the people who put in the hard yards shine and get to the next level in their life. For others, it magnifies their weaknesses and allows them time to work on themselves in a constructive environment.
Kudos to my team
At the end of the day, my business is driven by people, not just a single leader. So kudos to my employees, as I couldn’t have improved or earned more money without them. As a result, it’s rewarding to witness my team unleash their inner potential and flourish.
When I’m not mentoring my team, I love attending live music concerts and festivals. I also play a good amount of video games (mainly League of Legends), and I stay fit by rock climbing at least three times a week.
Driving force in life
On a final note, I would like to add that I never really appreciated my parents until I matured, but now they mean the world to me. They came to America from India with no money and were able to raise my sister, my brother, and me and send us all to college. I’m proud of them, so my immediate goal is to get them retired as soon as possible.
